David was Chairman, CEO, and founder of CommonBond, a leading financial technology company based in New York, offering a suite of financial solutions to consumers and enterprises. The company scaled to $5 billion in originations, 1 million users, and 1000s of corporate clients over 10 years. In late 2022, David led the sale of company assets.

David currently serves as strategic consultant, advisor, and board member to organizations across sectors including Climate, Fintech, and Health. In the last year, David has helped companies stand up successful new business lines, create highly effective operating plans, design optimal organizational structures, and raise capital. David also acts as executive coach to founders/CEOs on a wide range of issues.

David was named to Crain’s New York "40 Under 40" in 2016, and is a 2017 Ernst & Young New York "Entrepreneur of the Year" award winner. For his work in Enterprise SaaS, David was named Benefits Technology Innovator by Employee Benefit News.

Previously a board member at the Bronx Charter School for the Arts, David currently serves on the board at the LIFE Skills Foundation, an organization that helps transition foster care youth to independent adulthood.
