Bio
I'm Ed, a Community Manager based in London. I grew up in Poole, Dorset and studied Social Policy at the University of Bristol. Straight out of University I completed the Charity Works graduate scheme, where I worked in a learning disabilities charity alongside studying behavioural analysis. My next role was on the Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs programme, where I worked on social programmes in a foundation Valencia. Since then I have spent three years in Government roles - working on animal welfare , on solar in the Renewable Electricity team, and on research and innovation.
Outside of work I enjoy walking and listening to various sorts of audio, staying (moderately) fit and making a general nuisance of myself
Q&A with Ed
Q: If you could choose anyone famous (real or fictional) to have dinner with who would they be and why?
Alain de Botton, for his soothing ideas and voice.
Q: As a child, what did you want to be when you grew up?
Our family cat, Moggy. It came as a blow when I found out this wasn't going to pan out.
Q: If a movie was made of your life what genre would it be, who would play you?
I would enjoy to watch James Stewart take the leading role in a 50's comedy drama.
