Bio
Molly joined Founders Pledge as Business Development & Strategy Lead to bring more US entrepreneurs into high-impact philanthropy. She comes from Meta, where she managed the company’s crisis response efforts and supported a broad set of humanitarian partners. She built her career in international development, managing programming across Africa, and most recently served as the Deputy Chief of Party for a peace-building program in eastern DRC. She is a returned Peace Corps Volunteer (China, ’12-’14), holds an M.S. in international development management and a B.A. in modern language and literature.
Molly is a language nerd who loves puns, codeswitching and telling bad jokes. Outside of work you can find her running, tracking down the best Sichuan eats, or walking her Greater Swiss Mountain Dog, Ernie, around San Francisco.

Q: As a child, what did you want to be when you grew up?
An obstetrician, before I figured out I'm way too squeamish for that.
