Natalie has been a member of the Audit and Risk Committee since 2023.

Natalie leads Assurance for Google EMEA focusing on emerging regulation in anti-trust, online safety and artificial intelligence. During her 10 year tenure at Google, Natalie has led teams across Finance & Risk - holding regulated roles in the Payments space - and helping product areas and business units safely navigate policy and regulation, whilst remaining innovative. Prior to Google, Natalie was a risk and security consultant with Deloitte, working with Financial Services clients to improve their control environments.
