Bio
Sally joined Founders Pledge as Talent & People Partner in March 2021. She's responsible for finding brilliant, dedicated people to join the Founders Pledge team and then for making sure they're prepared for success once they join us! Sally's passionate about ensuring that candidates have a great experience with Founders Pledge and also, making sure that we understand internally, the ‘hows’ and ‘whys’ of recruitment. With a background in tech start-ups and scale-ups, in a variety of industries, she enjoys helping to build and improve processes. When she's not working, Sally can usually be found on the hockey pitch, or cycling around town.

Q: As a child, what did you want to be when you grew up?
Prime Minister, a hairdresser, a barrister, a doctor, a bank manager...?!
Q: If a movie was made of your life what genre would it be, who would play you?
The genre would be drama - I somehow end up in some quite interesting situations! I'd like Maya Rudolph to play me - I just think she seems like a solid person with good energy.
